Purpose:
We need the collected personal data for the fulfillment of the contract in the course of your booking or order. The following data will be collected, stored, processed and used for this purpose: Name, address, contact details, account details.
Legal basis:
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the performance of the contract, legitimate interests and the fulfillment of legal or contractual obligations. In addition, we process data that we have permissibly received from contractual partners based on a request from you. The processing is carried out according to § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 DSGVO.
Storage period:
We process your personal data for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, processing to the termination of a contract) and beyond that in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations and for evidentiary purposes in cases of cause. Afterwards, the data will be deleted and destroyed.
Transfer to third parties:
No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of necessary data in the course of a payment transaction to banking institutions/payment service providers, to authorities in the case of legal obligation, to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of tax obligations and to contractual partners if requested or necessary in the course of your order/booking. In such cases, compliance with data protection is guaranteed in any case, and in addition, order processing contracts have been concluded in each case.

The responsible party uses technical and organizational security measures to protect the stored personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss or destruction and against access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in accordance with technical progress.
Your rights:
You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in some way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
