Alpine lodge “Malfleischhube”
One kilometer away from our farm, in a wonderfully quiet location 1,050 m above sea level, stands the alpine lodge “Malfleischhube”.
While relaxing on the (weather-protected) terrace, you can enjoy the view of the surrounding meadows and fields. The herb bed provides a wonderful spicy scent. A well in front of the house with fresh spring water refreshes body & soul.
The nearby pond invites you to splash and fish. For those who prefer it a little warmer, we recently added a special feature: a hot tub with space for 6 people that gives the term “Alpine-Wellness” a special touch .
Also impressive is the more than 90 m² of living space:
On the ground floor of the alpine hut is a kitchen with an old brick wood stove for cooking, heating, water heating, shoes and clothes drying. True sustainability: The electricity for the light (and for charging cell phones) is supplied directly by solar power via a solar system. Cooking can be done with gas or on the wood stove.
Up to 8 people can comfortably end the day on the large seating area in the farmhouse parlour. The bedrooms (two 2-bed and one 4-bed room) are made of high-quality wood. And you don’t have to do without sanitary comfort in this beautiful alpine hut – there is a separate WC with flush toilet and a bathroom with bathtub (cold water, the warm water is heated on the wood stove by means of a “wooden boat”).
In addition, there is the possibility to use the guest shower in the farmhouse courtyard 1 km below.
